We use 14k Gold Filled and .925 Sterling silver. Both are nickel free and hypoallergenic, however everyone reacts differently to metals.
Occasionally we use some gold-plated charms which will be stated in the description.
Gold Filled is a high-quality alternative to Solid Gold. Is made of a thick layer of solid gold bonded to a base metal, usually brass. Gold-filled jewelry has 100x more gold alloy than gold plated and because that layer is so much thicker, it means gold-filled jewelry lasts longer and stands up to wear and tear better than gold plated
With proper care, Gold filled Jewelry can last a lifetime and won’t tarnish or turn your skin green! It is recommended to occasionally use the cleaning cloth provided with your purchase to maintain the jewelry.
.925 Sterling Silver is 92.5 % pure silver and the other 7.5% it is composed of other metals, usually copper. 100% pure silver cannot be used in jewelry because the metal is too soft. By adding cooper into the mix, it strengthens and makes the metal more durable.
Sterling Silver is an alloy containing metals that react with chemicals found in air hence tarnish naturally. Make sure to follow the care suggestions and please note most tarnish is easily removed by often cleaning with the provided cleaning cloth. You can also polish it with a mild abrasive or soak it in an anti-tarnish solution.
We use high quality metals which won’t tarnish easily however even they do benefit from regular care. Keep your jewelry looking brand new by periodically cleaning the grime off of your pieces with warm water and soap and then dry with a lint free, soft cloth.
Our jewelry is for everyday use however it is recommended, when possible, to remove your jewelry before exercising, swimming or showering. This is to avoid any unnecessary wear and tear.
Store your jewelry in a dry place, and if you want that extra shine, clean your jewelry with a polishing cloth.
- Put your jewelry last, after you apply makeup, skin care products, perfume etc.
- Wipe down your jewelry with a soft, lint-free polishing cloth (one is provided with your purchase)
- If you wear your jewelry in a pool or ocean, it is recommended to wash with clean water and dry immediately thereafter.

Exchanges must be made within 10 days of receiving your order, do note, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
We offer complementary repairs up to 30 days after the item has been delivered. We will do our best to repair/replace the item. If it is beyond the 30 days and you need a repair please contact us and we will try to accommodate for a small fee.
